For many years I have worked with people in personal growth, facilitating and coaching people through challenges and life transitions. Helping people to reach for their dreams and goals is what feeds my soul, and I have come to realise that whether we are 25 or 95, we continue to grow as human beings. Working with Moving Forward Matters allows me to work with seniors and their families, helping them and learning from them, continuing my own journey of evolution.
Letting go is always a difficult part of our life’s journey. Sorting, de-cluttering and making choices about the stuff in our lives and our homes is a very personal experience, and it is a privilege to be invited into the lives of our clients and their families to help them to move through that experience. Whether the “stuff” is material, physical, emotional or spiritual, it is all part of who we have become, and making the choices about what is important to us and what to let go is part of our continued journey of growth. I get enormous satisfaction from helping clients move through that process to help ease their transition so that they can move forward in the best way for them.
I feel a great personal satisfaction when our work with a client is completed, and for me the most rewarding part of this work is sensing the relief and gratitude of our clients when our work is done and they feel a sense of accomplishment and comfort. Helping them reach their goals is what moves me forward.
